The EIM educational building has been modernized according to the European standards to provide the students with an access to Internet. The material and technical (including multimedia), research and educational, teaching, training, methodical and instructional, library, information and social support of the process of training and education of the students as personalities is of a high level.

The EIM is the laureate/winner of the "Platinum Tarlan", Grant of USAID and the USA Corporation "CARANA", the IF Gold Medal (Geneva), "Gold Certificate for Global Quality Promotion" (Paris), International Reward "EUROPEAN QUALITY" for high achievements in accordance with the European standards (Oxford). The EIM ranks high according to the rating of students and the NazAccredCenter at the Ministry for Education and Science (Izvestiya, Scientific Publication, 27-28.03.03, p. 4, Express K, 22.07.06, p. 4). It is rated high by the Leader of the KIMEP at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dr. Ch. Bang, the scientist of world-wide reputation.

The EIM is a member of the Association of Financiers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bank CenterCredit, KazRENA, C/A Fund for Development of Management "CAMAN", Association of Higher Education Institutes of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It has established and is extending its relations with businesses, state authorities and leading Higher Education Institutes. Similar to the specialist universities of the West, the EIM makes its contribution to transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the industrial and innovative economy of knowledge, traineeships for professors-lecturers and students abroad.

Admission of students: 1) without any entrance examinations: the persons having Higher Professional Education will be admitted to the 2 years' course and the persons having Secondary Vocational Education shall be admitted to the 3 years' course; 2) according to the results of the Unified National Testing or Control Testing the persons having the state grants and state certificates with 60 marks and more, including 7 marks and more for mathematics will be admitted to the 4 years' course, if the 4^th subject is Geography, or Physics for the profession of "Information Systems"; 3) by way of transfer or restoration. To take part in the competition for the state grants the entrants should submit their applications to the EIM which code is "062".

The price reductions to the entrants with excellent and good marks, including to the persons from low-income families, who have submitted their applications to the EIM before June, will be of 10-15 to 20-30% and more. Sponsors are invited to pay for training of their specialists by way of deducting the costs and expenses connected with the above education and training from their taxable income // Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes", Article 144.25.

Academician (member of the Academy) - "Tarlan", Honorable Educator of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laureate/winner of the Gold Medal in the USA and the Silver Medal in England, a member of the Board of the Association for Higher Education Institutes of the Republic of Kazakhstan and of the "Club of Rectors from Europe". The EIM's personnel includes the Top Managers from the scientific schools of Almaty, Kiev, Tashkent, such as Professors G.K. Berdaliyeva, E.M. Butin, S.D. Zhubayev, A.A. Baimukhamedov, M.T. Zholamanova, M.S. Salykova, etc.
